Company

The company is located in Griesheim, a suburb of Darmstadt, Germany, a short distance from the FRANKFURT International Airport and the North-South and East-West Autobahn

The manager, Josef Hintersehr, has been working on the automation of dental technology since 1990, using CAD/CAM technology as the core of his work. Between 1990 and 1995 this knowledge was translated into industrial use and in 1996 the first prototype was introduced.

After two more years of intensive development and field trials, the first serial product of the Hint-ELs® DentaCad System was introduced in 1998.

In 1999 it was presented to an enthusiastic audience at the IDS / Cologne. The Hint-ELs® GmbH was founded in 2000, further perfecting techniques and conducting new developments of the CAD / CAM technology. The Hint-ELs® system is now distributed worldwide by selected, competent partners.

Striving for ever better quality and improvement in products and management is ongoing and in 2002 the company was certified EN ISO 9001 / 12.2000
