Built and led the global business of FTSE 100 Berkeley Group (all 6 brands under 26 entities and at its peak having 73 individual developments live within the market) building revenue from £100m in 2014 to £2Bn+, through a decade of challenging UK conditions.​

Successfully penetrated 60+ international markets on behalf of Berkeley Group, operating from 8 offices in key Global Cities as Hubs for regional business; sales, distribution, global branding, marketing and PR, key networking and presence which led to being responsible for 75% of the Group’s annual revenues, as well as equity, JV and Partnership opportunities.​

As Managing Director (Global Markets) for Berkeley Group, held full responsibility for the business, it’s operations, people and performance and reporting directly to Group CEO and Chair as well as formally Chairing the International Operations Board.​
