Currently serving as the Director, Country Lead for Saudi Arabia at Hintel, part of the deverellsmith group, Tom plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion and operations in one of the region’s most dynamic markets.

Tom specialises in several key sectors, including tourism and hospitality, sports entertainment & leisure, and commercial mixed-use & residential projects. His ability to navigate these complex industries has made him a sought-after leader in the region.

Prior to his role at Hintel, Tom spent 8 years at an established Executive Search firm, where he was instrumental in spearheading and developing the Saudi real estate development and construction sectors. His deep understanding of the local business landscape in the UAE and Saudi Arabia has enabled him to foster key relationships and lead successful initiatives that align with regional goals.
